CONSULTING

In some situations a system redesign and a purchase of software features provides the same end result as making a major investment in a new system. If you are happy with your system as it is, but are looking for a new service provider, trepX can assist with that. As trepX is not in competition with any service providers you will receive an unbiased report detailing the pros and cons of each of your options.

TRAINING
As more complex applications are added to the business communication environment the user needs to know more than just how to answer the phone. New employees and existing employees taking on new responsibilities may need more in depth training than in the past. trepX can provide that training or create training documentation for your use now and in the future.
